Midlife Health. Real Answers.

A medical program for perimenopause and menopause symptoms

When your body feels different, there may be a reason.

Changes in sleep, mood, energy, weight, or how your body responds to stress are common during midlife — and they’re often misunderstood or dismissed.

For many women, midlife hormonal changes can begin years before menopause, sometimes as early as the mid-30s. These changes don’t always look the same, and they’re often overlooked.

At Phases Medical Spa, our Midlife Health Program offers a structured, medical approach to perimenopause and menopause, focused on understanding what’s driving your symptoms and supporting your long-term health.

👉 Start with a 60-Minute Consultation In-person or virtual- No obligation to enroll in the full program — the consultation is your first step

What happens in the initial consult:
• Detailed intake review
• Symptom assessment
• Discussion of goals & questions
• Clarify whether the Midlife Health Program is a fit

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

The Midlife Health Program is designed for women who:

  • Are navigating perimenopause or menopause

  • Have noticed changes in sleep, mood, energy, focus, or weight

  • Feel “off” but haven’t had clear answers

  • Want a medical, thoughtful approach — not quick fixes

  • Are open to lifestyle guidance and hormone care when appropriate

You do not need to be in menopause to benefit from this program.

WHY MIDLIFE HEALTH IS DIFFERENT

Midlife hormonal changes don’t happen overnight — and they don’t look the same for everyone. Symptoms can begin subtly and evolve over time.

Common concerns we address include:

  • Poor or disrupted sleep

  • Anxiety, mood changes, or brain fog

  • Weight gain or metabolic resistance

  • Fatigue and low motivation

  • Hot flashes or night sweats

  • Changes in overall well-being

Our approach looks beyond a single symptom or lab value and focuses on patterns, physiology, and sustainability.

OUR APPROACH

This is not a one-time visit or a prescription-only model.

The Midlife Health Program is a 6-month medical program designed to provide clarity, structure, and continuity of care.

We focus on:

  • Identifying what’s contributing to your symptoms

  • Addressing hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle together

  • Making thoughtful adjustments over time

  • Supporting both symptom relief and long-term health
